Despite my above comments, I’m not trying to judge anyone who reads this Fifty Shades of Grey book. I think reading almost anything is great. But I urge people who have fallen in love with reading erotica to use this book as a gateway, an entryway into other types of books you might not have picked up before. They might not be erotica, but they include it, in my view. So I previously misunderstood that a local library (Darien Library, holla!) said they couldn’t keep the books I suggested on the table meaning they weren’t appropriate. I’ve since been corrected they couldn’t keep them on the table because they were grabbed up so fast! Dumb me! Go Fifty Shades of Grey! So sorry Darien Library!

We forgive you Susan! And we agree wholeheartedly that any book that acts as a gateway to new books is a book we can get behind.
