Here at the library, we use a website called Doodle to help schedule our meetings. This is basically the same thing, where a host chooses a few meeting dates/times and then invites a group to share when they’re available. Based on the results, the host can finalize a date and time to meet up. Use it for a casual barbecue, a meeting, a book club. It imports contacts from your address book so it’s easily to choose who to invite.
